Led by Environmental Health Scientist Taisa Baars, we specialise in on-site wastewater management, contaminated land, mould and indoor environmental health, and environmental planning.

On-Site Wastewater Management

Site and soil assessments, wastewater system design, Section 68 applications, system upgrades and land application assessments for residential, rural and development projects.

We work independently across all types of wastewater treatment systems and are not affiliated with any particular manufacturer or supplier. Every recommendation is based on the site's actual conditions, constraints and project requirements.

Contaminated Land

Preliminary and detailed site investigations, soil sampling, remediation advice and validation assessments for residential, commercial and development sites.

Our assessments are risk-based, practical and prepared in accordance with relevant NSW guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Mould & Indoor Environmental Health

Independent assessment of mould, moisture and indoor environmental conditions in homes, rental properties, workplaces and other buildings.

Assessments may include moisture investigation, building observations, environmental measurements, fungal sampling and laboratory analysis where appropriate, with clear recommendations for remediation and prevention.

Environmental Planning & Development

Environmental assessments and technical reports to support development applications, planning proposals and responses to Council requests for further information.
